Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls Kick Off

No cancellations or refunds after September 1, 2023

In-House

Registration fees: Players who withdraw from the program prior to the first practice are entitled to a refund less an ADMINISTRATIVE FEE ($25). Players who withdraw after the first practice, but prior to the first scheduled game are entitled to a 75% refund less the 20% administrative fee, provided all equipment has been returned in acceptable condition back into RYBA. Players who withdraw after the first game and prior to the midpoint of the season are entitled to a 50% refund less the 20% administrative fee, provided all equipment has been returned in acceptable condition back into RYBA. No refunds given after the midpoint of the season. All refund requests must be done in writing to the Program Directors / Commissioners. If a player is injured – general rule above applies but can be reviewed by the board on a case-by-case basis.

Little Hoopers

Roseville Boys Winter Classic

No refunds or cancellations after January 1, 2024.

Travel Basketball

Registration fees: Players who withdraw from the program prior to the first practice are entitled to a refund less an ADMINISTRATIVE FEE ($25) Players who withdraw after the first practice, but prior to the first scheduled game are entitled to a 75% refund less the 20% administrative fee, provided all equipment has been returned in acceptable condition back into RYBA. Players who withdraw after the first game and prior to the midpoint of the season are entitled to a 50% refund less the 20% administrative fee, provided all equipment has been returned in acceptable condition back into RYBA. No refunds given after the midpoint of the season. All refund requests must be done in writing to the Program Directors / Commissioners. Travel fees: Travel fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged because the association took on an obligation related to your commitment. If you change your mind, the association is still out the expenses, which is why these fees are nonrefundable. If a player is injured – general rule above applies but can be reviewed by the board on a case-by-case basis. If a Travel player makes a team and decides not to play, they can move the registration fee to In-House. If the player chooses not to play in-house, or on their assigned travel team, the registration fee will not be refunded.
