About Us
The purpose of Roseville Youth Basketball Association (RYBA) is to provide programs to teach, promote, and compete in basketball in a fun, healthy, and educational environment for all participants. RYBA strives to develop individual and team skills, knowledge of the game, responsibility, and sportsmanship in a positive culture.
