League Structure
- Programs will be available for grades K through 8.
- The player’s grade level will serve as the default basis for consideration of their division (in-house) or team (travel) eligibility.
- In-house 3rd through 8th grade teams will be made up of 10 players per team (11-12 if approved by the director).
- Late in-house registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. When a league is full, a waiting list will be instituted to fill spots that may become available.
- Players wishing to join a season in progress will be decided on a case by case basis. Fees may be prorated by the director.
- Travel programs will be limited to 2 teams per grade, unless otherwise approved by the RYBA Board.
- RYBA games will be played according to Minnesota State High School League rules, except where noted in specific league and tournament rules.
