Summer Workouts 2020

Summer Workout Rules and Information:

  • Goal= 3,000 made shots or shot attempts by August 1st
  • Continue to track shots through September 1st
  • Athletes can begin tracking workouts on June 1
  • There a videos that explain each workout
  • You can print the workouts and trackers and write on them or track them on any device
  • All Workout tracker sheets must be completed and turned in by August 1st
  • Athletes will submit weekly snapshots of their progress
  • Workouts that are provided are based on the 26 days we would have been doing skills and drills 
    • 3,000/26 = 116 shots a day for 26 days (4 days a week)
  • IF YOU WANT TO WORKOUT 5 DAYS A WEEK
    • June- 68 makes a day for 5 days a week
    • July- 66 makes a day for 5 days a week
  • You can use the workouts provided or come up with your own workouts
  • Shots taken during 1 on 1 or live game play do not count toward makes total but live play is encouraged
